After receiving his degree in marketing from the Carl Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati in 2012. Jered continues to pursue constant education from the top performers in the industry. A member of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, he strives to elevate our company’s performance by staying on top of all relevant news in the industry.
Regardless of his success Jered will always see himself as a blue-collar guy that enjoys helping others, and teaching financial education. Happily married Jered enjoys spending time being outdoors with his wife, and in his free time has a passion for woodworking.
Andy studied Real Estate and Economics at the Carl Lindner College of Business at the University. He is currently a licensed real estate agent in both Ohio and Georgia. In 2015, Andy received the award as the Top Producing Agent within his brokerage.
While real estate is Andy’s passion, he is also a car enthusiast. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Gene is nationally recognized for his expertise in real estate syndication. He is the author of a book on syndication titled “It’s a Whole New Business,” and has had many of his articles published in leading real estate journals. He often speaks across the country at various national, state, and local real estate conventions in addition to workshops and seminars he hosts on the topics of group ownership, exchanges, and taxation.
Gene has hands-on experience in the real estate syndication business, being the sponsor of 16 investment groups, and raising equity from investors through the NASD broker-dealer community. As a former syndicator himself, Gene was responsible for the organization of these investment groups; the acquisition, management and disposition of the real estate; and communication with the investors.
Awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (“CCIM”) designation in 1977, Gene has served as a member of the CCIM faculty since 1979. In 2002, he was awarded the Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year Award from the CCIM Institute. He has served three times as the President of the Southern California CCIM Chapter. In 1991, Gene was Chairperson of the Group Investment Committee of the National Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Syndication Association.
Gene works with real estate professionals throughout the country who are considering entering the group investment business, or already in the business, assisting them with the development and implementation of a strategic plan to accomplish their real estate investment and syndication goals.
